Classic Summer Season opening for this years summer training!
Come and join to workout together. We will introduce our training concept to you and you can participate on our summer training directly from the event. Open for everyone.
Summer training season at HSW lasts 3 months from the beginning of June until the end of August.
During the summer we train mainly focusing on Strength & Endurance as well as some more difficult key elements of Street Workout training such as Muscle ups and Handstands.
Traditionally the summer ends with a Season ending party where we gather one last time to train together outdoors as well as participating in some other activities before moving back indoors for the autumn training season.
SUMMER TRAINING LASTS 3 MONTHS AND WE HAVE GROUPS FOR ALL LEVELS. WHETHER YOU ARE A BEGINNER OR MORE ADVANCED IN STREET WORKOUT PRACTICE WE HAVE A GROUP FOR YOU!

Summer training groups don't require attendees to have completed the basic course. However you should consider the training groups suited for beginners.
We want to be able to train safely with all our customers and participating in a group above your skill or strength level might have a higher risk of overtraining, developing a tendonities or a injury.
